From your spare room to our rack in four simple steps
Moving a homelab shouldn't be a project. Tell us what you run, send it over, and connect to it remotely like it never left.
The process
Most customers are up and running within days of their hardware arriving. Here is what to expect.
1. Tell us what you run
Share your hardware list, rough power draw and network needs. We recommend a plan and send a flat-rate quote.
2. Pack and ship
Send your gear with a simple packing checklist, or drop it off locally. We confirm every item on arrival.
3. We rack and cable
Your equipment is mounted, labeled, powered and connected to your allotted network port, then we hand you the keys.
4. Connect remotely
Log in over VPN, SSH or out-of-band management. Request remote hands any time something needs a physical touch.
A few tips before you ship
- Back up first. Take a full backup of anything important before it travels.
- Label everything. Note drive order, cable purposes and any custom rails or accessories.
- Enable remote management. Set up IPMI, iDRAC, iLO or a PiKVM so you can recover a box without a visit.
- Plan your network. Tell us whether you need a static IP, a VLAN, or just a plain uplink.
- Keep it simple to start. You can always add more gear after the first shipment lands.
